Isis Adventure membership

The membership fee covers postage admin and postal costs of your membership certificate and the physical key. If you already have a key and do not require an additional key please notify us by phone or email which can be found on the contacts page of the Sonic Games website. Please note that the membership is a subscription based membership scheme, and if you decide you would like to cancel your membership, please notify Sonic Games 14 days prior to renewal via email or telephone( see contacts section for contact details) in order that we can carry out the PayPal processes for cancelling any recurring payments you might have on the system. Failure to inform us that you wish to cancel 14 days prior to renewal date will incur administration costs of 15.00 GBP pounds(minus PayPal fees). 7.2.2 If you agree by ticking the appropriate boxes on your registration form, we may pass your Personal Information or details of your use of the Website to select third parties for analysis and/or to enable them to contact you about products or services which may be of interest to you.

7.6 SPECIFIC COMPETITIONS
7.6.1 Isis Adventure game
7.6.1.1 Entrants must be aged 18 or over or have parental consent to participate.
7.6.1.2 Employees of Sonic Games, their agents, families or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are excluded from participating.
7.6.1.3 The Isis Adventure Search. To enter our monthly search, log onto www.Isisadventure.co.uk or www. Isisadventure.com. This search will take place one or more times per month. A free puzzle will be allocated to the finder per search. 
7.6.1.4 Closing dates for entries are the 28th day of each month. 
7.6.1.5 Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the monthly search is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules. The monthly search(es) can commence on any day during the month of each proceeding closing date. If a prize is not won after 21 days of commencement, the promoter may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the entrant(s) for having done so.
7.6.1.6 There is one or more prize per month . The prize is as follows:
7.6.1.6.1 One free puzzle.
7.6.1.7 The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7.6.1.8 No inital registration is required for the monthly search.

8 Isis Adventure online-shop
8.1 Definitions for Isis Adventure Online Shop
8.1.1 With regard to the articles ordered from the Isis Adventure series on the Website, the individual conditions are applicable as indicated in that part of the Website.
8.1.2 "Goods" means the merchandise manufactured or supplied by the "Isis Adventure Online Shop" and the subject of the order made by you.
8.1.3 Isisadventure online shop/Us/We means Sonic Games (Company Registration Number 4186138, VAT Registration Number 875981558 trading as the Isis Adventure online shop whose registered offices are at 6 Cavendish House, Bicton Heath, Shrewsbury, SY3 5PG
8.2 Our contract
8.2.1 Our website invites you to buy goods from us. A legally binding contract with us will only arise once full payment has been received from you in relation to the Goods ordered. We shall notify you of acceptance of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address given by you in the order form.
8.2.2 Instruction as to how you can place an order
8.2.2.1 To place an order, first find a product of interest, then click add to basket. Once through to the shopping basket page, all items added to the basket will be displayed. 8.2.2.5 In addition to the price, a delivery charge will be payable in respect of deliveries. The delivery charge will be that shown on the order confirmation section of the Isis Adventure Shop web-site at the time of your order placement. If there is any change in the delivery charge payable, we will notify you before your order is accepted by us and ask for confirmation before proceeding.
8.2.2.6 We will debit the price, plus any delivery charge, from your debit or credit card when we receive your order or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
8.2.2.7 Prices remain fixed until 30th May 2007

8.2.2.8.1 When purchasing clues via our website, you agree not to resell or publish these clues.
8.2.2.8.2 If you purchase our clues from anyone other than Sonic Games you will not be eligable to take part in the Isis Adventure. 
8.3 Returns 
8.3.1 If your goods are faulty we offer a money back guarantee or exchange for goods. 
8.3.2 Please return items, using the form enclosed with delivery, to Sonic Games, Unit 12, Bryn Y Plentyn, Middleton, Oswestry, Shropshire SY11 4LP. Faulty goods will be returned at no extra cost, however, in cases where goods are not found to be faulty, a £10 admin charge will be applicable to cover handing and postage costs. Please enclose a cheque for £10 when returning items, made payable to Sonic Games. This cheque will be returned along with the returned item in cases where items are found to be faulty. All refunds are discretionary.
8.3.3 This does not affect your statutory rights.
8.4 Cancellation by Us
8.4.1 We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
8.4.1.1 We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered
8.4.1.2 One or more of the Goods You ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us and/or received by us from our suppliers.
8.4.2 If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
8.5 Stock Shortages
8.5.1 If the Goods you order are unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and suggest a suitable replacement or date when available.
8.5.2 The cost of returning substitute goods on cancellation will be met by Sonic Games.

8.7 Dispatching your goods
8.7.1 The Isis Adventure Shop will despatch Your Goods to the address you have provided on the order form for dispatch and we will normally deliver within 5 working days however you should allow up to 28 days for delivery. Orders will be despatched using recorded delivery. 
8.7.2 Notwithstanding clause 8.7.1, whilst we shall use our reasonable endeavors to meet the dispatch date specified by you on the order form if we cannot accept this dispatch date we reserve the right to notify you by e-mail.
8.7.3 Ownership of, and risk in, the Goods will pass to you once they have been dispatched to you. If you then return the Goods under clauses 8.3 or 8.8, ownership of, and risk in the Goods returned will pass to us on receipt of the Goods by Us.
8.8 Defective Goods 
8.8.1 Faulty goods will be returned at no extra cost, however, in cases where goods are not found to be faulty, a £10 admin charge will be applicable to cover handing and postage costs. 8.10.1 Isis units that have been registered on the isisadventure website must not be resold.
8.10.2 An Isis puzzle can only be registered once.
8.11 Goods Purchased from the Isis Adventure Online Shop may only be purchased by those over the age of 18 or with parental consent.
8.12 Use of Cards
8.12.1 By placing an order you authorise the Isis Adventure Online Shop at its discretion to carry out a credit reference or other enquiry upon your financial status as Isis Adventure Shop thinks fit and you agree to provide such written authorisations which may be required for the purposes of such enquiry. In the absence of such authorisation we will be unable to process your order.
8.13 Representations

4. Gold coin prizes will only be awarded to claimants that have solved the Isis game successfully within the terms and conditions set out by Sonic Games. Ie. Correctly deciphering clues, and passwords and following all other terms and conditions set out by Sonic Games. A full acceptable explanation of the solution for a password will be required to qualify for a reward. No part payment will be paid on any award. Players will need to return the gold coin to claim the prize. All coins must be registered on the Isis Adventure website within 30 days of collection from a pyramid. Coins that are not registered within 30 days will no longer be eligable for a prize.
5. Only one gold coin can be claimed per Isis product purchased. 
6. There are a limited number of runner-up prizes to be claimed, prizes will be awarded on a first come first server basis and subject to claimant having appropriate Isis Golden Pyramid key, password and a valid key number. All coins must be registered on the Isis Adventure website within 30 days of collection from a pyramid. Coins that are not registered within 30 days will no longer be eligable for a prize.

Please note the following clarification to the instruction booklet included with your ISIS 1 purchase:
Page 5 paragraph 3 the £500 may be worth £1,000 if retained. The doubling of value on the gold coin will only apply to the £500 awards for isis I, upto the time we release Isis II.
Page 6 paragraph 2 the ISIS1 key may be an integral part of the next Isis adventure in the series.

Password Guesses

1. 3 guesses per week are allowed if travelling to the physical location of the pyramid
2. No telephone calling to the pyramid location is allowed and the pyramid keeper will not validate a password guess made by telephone
3. Frozen pyramids are pyramids that have an oustanding password guess against them that qulaifies but needs validation by Sonic Games. This situation should not occur that often and Sonic Games once made aware of a password guess that causes a pyramid to go into a frozen state will ensure the pyramid is unfrozen as soon as they are made aware of the password attempt.
4. One online password guess is allowed per pyramid every 3.5 days
5. Any pyramid password guesses carried out at a pyramid location can only be accepted on proof that an Isis 1 key is in their possession at the time of the password attempt.

Password credit system

The password credit system is a voluntary system that allows a pyramid password (if required) to be checked, without having to travel to the pyramid location. Not all pyramids contain gold coins, and it is the responsibility of the person purchasing the credits that they determine which pyramids do contain gold coins before using a credit for the particular pyramid they choose.

Isis Adventure monthly search.

The Sonic Games Award Zones (including Corporate Adventures)

After purchasing a Sonic Games product from Sonic Games.com or an approved supplier, you may be given the opportunity to enter a Sonic Games Award zone. You will be given access to a web page, which requires a username and password. You will need to register your product to receive a username and password. This may include purchasing a license key if the product is a computer game.

Once you have gained access to the Award Zone, you will be given the opportunity to claim a Mystery Prize. If the Award zone relates to a Corporate Isis Adventure, you will also need to enter the 2nd Isis code before continuing. You may only select one Mystery Prize. Once you have selected a prize, all other prizes will be locked out. Any one prize may be selected by one or more players. There can be only one claimant per Mystery Prize. Each prize has a clue. You will need to work out a password from the clue. The first player to work out the password will claim the prize. All other players who selected this prize will be locked out from the game and as a result those players will not qualify for any further prizes. In order to re-enter the award zones, another unique isis puzzle or qualifying Sonic Games product will need to be purchased and solved.

Details of the prize will be presented to the claimant immediately after entering the correct password on the website. The prize will be awarded to the claimant after the claimant has contacted Sonic Games with the correct password and prize reference number. Proof of product type may also be required. For example, if you enter a corporate Award Zone, you must own the corporate product that relates to the award zone.

Modification Key update: The internal design of the isis has been modified due to the differences in global geographical Isis adventures, as such keys are not included inside the isis. However anyone solving the isis will be sent one free isis key on request - $9.00 USA or £4.50 UK or 6 Euro - charge to cover postage and handling. Duplicate keys requested will be charged at $20.00 USA or £10.00 UK or 14 Euro per key.

RAMISIS Pyramid rules

The Ramisis adventure involves an online game. You should select a virtual pyramid from the Ramisis pyramid map. Access to the Isis pyramid map is not allowed.

Only one virtual pyramid selection per Ramisis. Once you have selected a pyramid you will be locked out from all other pyramids. Sonic Games will display which coins (Gold, Silver or Bronze) are still available for each virtual pyramid. Gold coins have a value of 500 pounds sterling(unless otherwise stated), and Silver/ Bronze coins offer money off vouchers for Sonic Games products (when purchased from Sonic Games.com). Conditions may apply.

RAMISIS Online Game Rules

Only one prize per Ramisis puzzle.

Players that complete the game will need to demonstrate how they worked out each answer and codes, so that these can be verified prior to sending out any prize. Failure to do so, will invalidate your request for a prize.

Online Subscription

The retail cost of the isis series of puzzles or any other puzzles that Sonic Games produces does not cover the subscription membership for the additional Isis adventure games, be that real treasure hunts or online games. It is at the discretion of the individual as to whether to choose to play the additional games that Sonic Games provides. Additional games with awards or costs incurred by Sonic Games such as free searches are based on a subscription basis and the cost of this subscription is at the discretion of Sonic Games. The subscription provides free access to all additional Isis adventure games and competitions for all puzzles in the Isis adventure series. You will need to own a puzzle before accessing the games linked to it. You will also need to solve the puzzle before gaining access to the Map of Pyramids.

Platinum Pyramid Rules

1. Both an Isis and Ramisis puzzle must be owned by each participant in order to access the clue or riddles for the platinum pyramid. 
2. An Isis and Ramisis puzzle must be registered by any winning individual prior to any claim.
3. A full and reasonable solution must be presented to Sonic Games with the password for any valid claims to be considered.
4. If at any point Sonic Games discover that the platinum pyramid solution has been achieved by fraudulent or other unlawful manner, the claim for the award by that individual or individuals will be deemed null and void.
5. Sonic Games's decision regarding the platinum pyramid award is final and correspondence will not be entered into.

Diamond Isis Terms and conditions in association with The isis Adventure book.

• In order to claim one of the 4 x diamond isis, one of the four codes within the isis adventure book must be solved and the correct code for the particular diamond isis entered into the electronic lock sited at the location for the particular diamond isis code solved.
• The Replica diamond isis must also be solved and the 6 digit code retrieved.
• Only one diamond isis can be claimed per person or per household.
• Codes can be solved by solving the code within the book and applying logic regarding the location and by using clues or hints appropriate to the diamond isis for any particular code.
