Lost BB in Ramisis G2?

I did not write this in another topic because it seems a little bit strage. After not processing with my Isis I played the last hours with my Ramisis. After getting the BB in the topper "circle" (you can hear it turning its rounds inside), it suddenly got lost. Everybody says "try it in a quiet room". I tried and heard a rattle. But I assumed it was just the key so I put a small wire into the hole of the key chamber to fix the key. Now there is no rattling of the key anymore, but: No noise at all. I've done this at 03:30 AM, couldn't be quieter. There is absolutly no chance to hear anything. Twisted the G2 in a lot of positions but nothing happens. Is this normal? Is there a position where you can't hear anything and you need a very special combination (which is hard to guess by accident) to release the BB?
I know it's a stupid question because I am pretty sure that the BBs has not fallen out . But the G2 was a little greasy. Perhaps some grease holds the BB in a position where it should not be...

I think I know where the BB might be - there is a feature near the 'Ring of Hell' (ROH) where the BB can rest - it's probably suck in there.

I'd suggest giving it a good hard shake - that should pop the BB lose and allow you to navigate out of the ROH.

I think there is a serious problem with my Ramisis. There is no chance to hear anything...
If there is no solution I can do on my own, I fear I have to send the Ramisis back, to get it repaired...

Got my Ramisis back today. The ball got stuck in the top. Now it seems everything works fine again. Thanks for repairing it!
