Latest ISIS victim!!!

Hello All.
New guy needs help here!
ok so I got the ISIS, decoded the 10 clues, and I'm pretty sure I know the answer to the 11th clue, but I'm still not sure what I'm supposed to do!!! I could think of two things one having to do with resetting the ISIS and the other has to do with temperature change, don't want to say too much but how do I find out if I'm right and what do I do next????

any help would be appreciated....I believed I've started this adventure really late so I have A LOT of catching up to do....

Ok so turns out I was reading too much into the 11th Clue! (it's really simple). so I did the 11th, then I was able to turn the Isis to where the top Placenta is about an inch to the right of the bottom one but it doesn't move any more either way, I couls still hear a BB but it sounds different than when I first got the ISIS. can anyone tell me if I'm heading in the right direction or am I off?

I think you're heading in the right direction. Keep at it and bear in mind all the clues!
