I think the ISIS broke my hand

So I'm not new to these forums or the concept of the ISIS adventure, but I did just finally get my ISIS this week and am a new ISIS player . With that said I've been playing with it for probably about 12 hours total now and already wonder if I jammed it or broke it or something (ya ya ya, I know everyone says the ISIS is pretty indestructible). But being on the forums for a while now, (outside of that 6 week hiatus when it went to members only and I didn't have an ISIS) I already know about the 11th clue and have already determined what it specifically means to do from all the subtle hints that people drop when it's brought up. With that being said, I can hear the 2 BB's inside but cannot for the life of me get the 3rd ball released to begin figuring out the rest of the puzzle. I'm actually icing my hands b/c they hurt so much from trying to release the 3rd BB. (Giving you an indication of how much effort I've been putting into it). Does anyone have any insight to my dilemma before I really do go forth and break my ISIS ball? I already feel that I am putting an unreasonable amount of effort into this task. Thanks

So I opened the ISIS, but I'm pretty sure something was wrong. I was still working on getting the 3rd BB released [edit - Please no details outside of the 5% club, thank you ]. I was super careful when it opened so as not to lose anything, and when I inspected both halves, I couldn't find a third BB anywhere! I have thoroughly checked both halves now and still haven't found it and I'm positive I didn't drop anything when I opened it. Since I don't fully understand the inner workings of the ISIS would someone be able to help me and tell me if my ISIS is broken/defective since it opened without a 3rd BB? (also, how do I get a 3rd BB?) Thanks.

my eagle isis opened kinda the same way....do you understand where the 3rd bb is supposed to START?....its not there?....

if you dont actually have a 3rd..then you got lucky that the "lock" was sticky...
