Did I break it forever?

I opened the ISIS, have sent a pm with a picture. But now I have a problem. My daughter screwed the top back on and the pictures on the Placentas don't line up. Even worse, I can't unscrew it now. Any ideas on how to open it again? I live in Hong Kong, and shipping it back to the UK to unlock it and sending it back to me again is almost the same cost as a new ISIS. Help! please!

once you are in the 5% club, there are several threads regarding the opening of the isis...

Cant post anything at all here, as the info will help others who have not opend the isis....

i had a similar problem when i opend my isis, and i forgot to include my username in the pic.... but I still got it open again...
