Right the rules are there are no rules, or I will make them up as I go along.

My word is final; the competition is open to everyone but not family members of mine or employees.

How about something like:

"A singularly/unique British/English welcome" ?

Because all the 'hellos' in other languages occur twice, the English 'Hello!' only once.

Does it represent the universal language of the 'british tourist'.

ie,

something to do with language popularity. Although people think English is the widest spoken language, it isn't.

mother tonuges. English I believe is the widest spoken second language however other languages are more popular in terms of mother tongues.
