Stuck half open

I had previously opened my ISIS and went to do it again here but I cannot as it is stuck half open. I did some searching but all the forum posts seem to be saying post pictures and then someone will PM you with help. So here are the pix. They show the orb twisted as far as it goes each way before it binds.

I think you can most likely just re-solve the puzzle. You may only need to re-solve the second half of the puzzle. You should be able to tell which bbs you need to work with.

My lock engages sometimes while opening or closing the puzzle. Usually I just repeat the second half of the solution to disengage the lock and carefully finish twisting the puzzle.
