Pyramid physical locations

Hello,

I just have a quick question as to how the pyramids work. From what I see, the non-virtual pyramids are hidden in a physical location, now is this similar to a geo-cache where it can be hidden somewhere obscure, in a field, wall, hole, etc? Or is it just given to a local business and they're the one hosting the pyramid? If it is given to a local business, is it a partner business with sonic games or could it be any business? Is there a clue to what the business might be related to the riddle/password?

Just trying to get an idea, solved my isis and now pursuing my first pyramid, thanks!

working on the riddle... have some ideas but don't want to waste my 6 free password attempts yet haha... still need to try to get an idea of where it might be physically located though, assuming the name of the business is somehow related to the riddle/clue

Just curious, is it recommended to explore the actual location/business and look around or do people sometimes just call the location that you think and see if they say yes?

Ah ok, I knew they won't verify the password but wasn't sure if they would verify the location. I saw some others in the forums working on pyramids in completely different countries so I assumed there was probably some way for them to remotely confirm at least the location
