What next?

I THINK I found the 11 clue. If anyone can verify what I think it is I would appreciate. I THINK I can hear more than one ball bearing. I can make Clue 8 happen if I hold the plunger down. If I am correct so far then I would be stuck between Clue 9 and Clue 10. If anyone can lend some advice I would appreciate. Thanks!

I think I am at Clue 9 at this point. I am trying to figure out what the next move is. Do the rings have something to do with it?
