I just opened my Isis puzzle, and got a metal key... but the code that is engraved is 11 digits, and the website only allows for a 10 digit key code. Anyone know what's up with that?

NVM... after some muddling around, it turns out they had engraved a typo. There were two 1's in a row that should have been a single 1.

That's a little disheartening.
