Stuck both Placentas on opposite sides! please help!!!

Hi,

I got through all clues and got my isis to open half a turn so the placentas are on opposite sides, not it is locked shut again! I cant remember which way I turned it but there is not a small gap where the two halves separate/around the center ring.
I keep trying everything, repeating the clues but I can no longer get the sound of the 3rd ball bearing and the plunger will always depress fully meaning I cant get to the half way stage!? I have researched and researched and I cannot find what could be wrong. When I get to clue 8 and depress the plunger there is a click but I still cant turn it either way. I just don't know where the 3rd ball bearing has gone!!! is it possible that it could have come out and gone back where it 1st came from meaning it cant be done again?

any help would be much appreciated.

I opened mine.
Then I didn't realize you had to close it the right way.
The ball bearing was back in the magnet, & I screwed it shut. There's a small gap in the center, & the placentas are on opposite sides.
How do I fix this so I can reopen it?
