Got my Tess open at last.
now just need to find the instructions on resetting and closing it, any help would be great as i cant see anything on line?

Have you signed up for the 5% club? If not, send a pic of your opened puzzle along with code to SonicGames, and I'm sure someone could tell you how to reset it there.
Congrats on solving it, though. I gave up on mine a couple of months ago and haven't gotten back to them yet.
