Two days ago I received the following email from Sonic, "Hi Ben,
We are now clearing up all documentation on all back orders, have you received all your orders now.

I replied immediately that I have still had not received my Tessarisis and I even sent the PayPal email address I used as well as a fairly accurate order date. I have still not heard back from them, and I am afraid that I will not receive my puzzle. Furthermore, I ordered it so many months ago there is nothing PayPal or the credit card company can do. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the steps I could now pursue.?
