Wow my fingers hurt!

Any tips for turning the wheels without so much pain in the fingertips? :|

I made myself a custom tool using low melting temperature plastic - just warmed it up and stuffed it onto a wheel - it's shrunk a little on cooling, which means it's easy to slot in and out to move any wheel without risking finger tips.
