Finally got my hands on mine today after I figured out that it had been just sitting at the post office for a whole week because they couldn't read a number of my address!!!!!! (No fault of SW here, just a smudge, but I could still read it...) After about an hour of turning and pushing and turning and pushing, my fingers are officially shot... Clues decrypted, all fun and easy, but not apparently helpful yet, even with the hidden clues. The puzzle is beautiful of course, and I can't wait to get it open! Onward!

Question for anyone who has received theirs - do you have one wheel sitting lower than the others? I was able to lock one of the wheels, but wanted to restart the whole thing, but after (somehow) unlocking it, I noticed it sits noticeably lower than the others and has less play with the spring (maybe goes down a millimeter as opposed to a couple mm for the others)

Well, No puzzle yet, but I came home to a notice, saying I have a package at the post office. I tracked the number, and it's from the UK, so hopefully, this is it!!!!! I never got the email saying to be on the lookout for it...

Yea that tends to happen especially for those of us in the U.S. I just happened to look through my spam agent on hotmail and found that Sonic was in there so even if they sent me an email I would not have gotten it. Friggen hotmail. I might have to send them a quick email just to check.

This exact thing happened to mine last night. Perhaps it's normal? On mine, it's the wheel to the left of the plunger.

Some of the 'plungers' have been installed with the name upside down, so referring to left or right from the 'plunger' can be confusing.

Try using the chopped off corner for reference - with the missing corner front, left, base, which button/wheel is lower than the rest?

Ahh, sorry. It's the wheel furthest from the chopped corner. It has since popped back out, and I haven't played with it long enough to realize if it makes a difference.

Plungers? Doesn't only of of them ("top", or opposite the signed, chopped side) actually move? The others on mine have no play at all, so I've been calling the top one the "plunger" and the others "badges".

Keep in mind several words have different spellings in the proper english and the english we use in the U.S. Try googling the spelling that you have and I bet you will find that it is correctly spelled for use in the United Kingdom.

I can say with certainty that there are no incorrect characters. 8) Though yes, perhaps some spellings are different between American and British English.

No, I realize what's going on now, with the clues. I won't say any more, save I am using american english, and that won't through me off with the british english. I though something else was going on, and..Sonic, Puzz, you guys are tricky tricky!

Tessarisis 12/50 reporting for duty! Wow what a beautiful puzzle! Just wish Andrew would get back to me about my registration problems! I can't get to the clues yet.
