I have a question that I think might be a valid concern. If there is a certain number of people who have all preordered a puzzle (not as important for the Tessarisis as it will be for Isis 5), and even though we all ordered early some get theirs way before others and they are even solved, how will those of us who have to wait for shipping have any hope of winning in the end if the gap is that large? I see that some have received emails and tracking numbers and others haven't. I know I ordered a signature edition and a gold/blue but I haven't heard anything yet on either. I know that the 500 club gets theirs first but that's been closed for years now and no one else can get in, I want to and have asked. This isn't the end of the adventure yet but if it had been the last puzzle I'd be rather irritated having waited nearly a year just like everyone else to not have a fair shake. I don't know how they could possibly ensure a fair crack at the last one for those who have solved the previous four but it bears some thought I should think. Would it not have been proper to prepare enough to fill all orders received and ship them simultaneously? That would reduce the gap to a more arguable size. Perhaps some kind of register receipt of package and possibly verification of all preorders of those who solved 1-4 at least, then announce, to them, a short notice (24hrs) start time at XX:XX London time on XX Date requiring submission of a photo of your sealed Isis 5 with a newspaper the date before to a moderator. That would require some integrity on the part of the puzzlers to not open their puzzles until the whole line is ready but I think it would add to the heat and thrill of the final puzzle. Each would know that they are truly head to head with the other finalists. There aren't that many in the 1-2-3 club and the number may shrink with the addition of the Tessarisis. I would be willing to wait, and hope others agree, in order to set my self against the rest of the fine minds in this great adventure. Thoughts? Moderators, if this should need it maybe it could be a new thread? I think it has bearing here though. Congratulations to those who have solved the clues and to Jazz and Matt for opening theirs! JR

I have emailed Sonic games multiple times with the exact same concern and the exact same solution, however I have never gotten a reply. I hope that if enough people show the same concern, they might actually take notice. With that being said, how many of you actually received their Tessarisis ? And how many of you received a tracking number? I thought I would've received mine by now, as I was one of the first to preorder. As of now, I have not even received a tracking number nor an email to specify that I will receive mine this year. I will be completely honest, this whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I guess all I can do now is wait and hope that my puzzle arrives this week.

I believe the intention was to build all the Tessarisis puzzles for everyone who pre ordered them and ship in 1 go with 500 club members having theirs shipped a couple of days before.

With a large amount of members complaining about the delays caused on the forum and the fact that it was going to take a few more weeks to finish building the remaining of the pre orders. Andrew decided to start shipping the Tessarisis which had already been built on a first come first served basis and to continue to ship on this basis in batches of 10 as the remaining are assembled.

When the decision was made to start shipping early the majority of the black and gold signature Tessarisis were made and only a few gold and blue.

I admit the delays caused to the production has been really unfortunate and frustrating for all of us (I had a black and gold sent by accident which I can't open and now waiting like others for a blue and gold) but I'm sure the plan is that all preorders will be shipped once assembled.

just out of curiosity has the online portion of the Tessarisis become available.. If it has not become available then perhaps that is the equalizer for some getting their s shipped sooner?
