Newbie needs help..

Hi all, just joined after finishing the first puzzle-

Really sorry but need some help!

I was boasting to my brother after Beating him to the solution ( I bought us both one last Xmas).

I left the room with it in two parts, and upon my return his other half had put it back together. Now the placenta's are on opposite sides, it is about 3mm from shutting completely, and the ball bearings seem to just spin without dropping in anywhere at all?!?

Could anyone offer and advice please?

I have tried a few things from other problem solutions, but nothing seems to work.

Needless so say I can't really prove it was open, other than that is in its current state.

If you PM me the solution to the Isis puzzle and describe its insides I will provide you with details on how you can hopefully reopen the puzzle to then close it correctly
