I don't think Lodgecrest comment isn't quite correct:

From what I've read about Sonic Games I believe the puzzle parts are made in China, then shipped to the UK, where Puzz and his elves do the engraving, assembly and quality control, before they get shipped to the customer.

So I'd guess or rather hope (fingers crossed) that it will not take another 6 months before we get our hands on the new puzzle.

As they said in the 'X-File' - "I want to believe!".

I have to agree. I paid a substantial amount for a puzzle that was supposed to have shipped months ago. I get an update 30 days ago stating that production will soon begin. Wait a minute, production has not even started? I understand this is an extremely complex puzzle however, if you are going to take my money I would appreciate some better communication. I just want some straight answers as to when I will receive my puzzle. Had I known that it would take 6+ months to get my puzzle, I would have waited. On top of that, none of us have been offered our money back for those who want it. I feel like this sort of thing is highly unprofessional.

We've recently had some communication and PUZZ has offered to refund the money to anyone who wants to cancel their order for the Tessarisis - So Ben's comments are exactly fair.

I'm cheesed off with the time it's taking, but personally I'm hanging in there as PUZZ has offered lifetime membership as compensation for the delays.

I will hang in there as well as I do love these puzzles, I just wish there was a set time or at least a good estimate as to how much longer we have to wait. On that note, PUZZ has offered lifetime memberships? I own all of his released puzzles and am obviously awaiting the fourth, is this something that those who have all the puzzles would qualify for? If so, how does one go about getting one?

I can't remember where I read it, but the lifetime membership was offered by PUZZ to anyone who has pre-ordered a Tessarisis as compensation for the delays he's encountering in getting the puzzle into production (he wanted it to be shipped for Christmas 2012, so he's probably even more frustrated with the situation than we are).

As I understand it, PUZZ had working prototypes made in the UK, last year. But getting the same engineers to do the production would have meant the puzzles would have cost more than three times the published RRP!

So the puzzle is being made by different engineers who so far don't seem to be able to get it right.

I guess PUZZ wants to make sure the engineers can do the job properly, before he gives the go ahead for production - personally I'd rather wait for a puzzle that works, rather than get one earlier that has problems.

11. Further details of the new secret game inside the isis to be released soon - there may be a connection with the new Tessarisis?

Thought I would share the update I received from Andrew yesterday regarding the Tessarisis:

Tessarisis will be available end of June as all testing is now complete. All presentation boxes / packaging and game online games have been completed and we expect delivery of first production in June.
