But I do appreciate you being 'round. My Isis sphere has a problem. So I Clue 11'd and everything started out well. My house has some new dents but still. So I push the button and it starts to turn, but I think I turned it the wrong way. Now the placentas are misaligned and I can only hear one ball bearing, and I am unsure which one. Rule 11 doesn't work anymore and the placentas are screwed tight because the middle ring doesn't move anymore. I've tried everything but I don't want to call customer service yet. Last thing I need is to explain to my parents that a bunch of strangers told me to drop a $250 ball off the roof (I didn't; I only smashed it against the floor repeatedly). So... yeah I need someone, HELP!

Try getting the BB back into place so the button pushes on something, then silence all BB's, push and twist to get things lined up again.

Sounds as though you might need to get a good grip to twist them again - rubber gloves perhaps? - oh and make sure you're going the right way!
