I dont think that will be the case I dont think Andrew would ever make the puzzle that complicated!!!! Its got to be possible for anyone to solve but still remain hard. For example there is a massive twist in the Copernisis but anyone could work it out and understand why, but it is still very sneaky!!!

personally I also doubt that Andrew would create a 4D puzzle
I think the name more comes from the greek number 4, as this is the 4th puzzle in the series, and not because it's going to be 4 dimensional...

Time is often considered a 4th dimension. Perhaps there is some sort of time sensitive mechanism in use. Perform an action and then you have a limited amount of time to perform the next correct action before the puzzle self resets.

The 4th dimension is something we cant see so maybe as we move the dials they do something we cant see

Hmmm I have been thinking alot about the puzzle and come up with an idea but not sure if I should share it incase by bling luck I'm right and it ruins the experiance for others

Oh well here it is!

I'm thinking maze like - similar to the Ramisis but with rotating sections (dials) and sliding sections (plates)

Probably completely wrong but worth a guess!

I think the barrels will be similar to a certain other puzzle with mazes on to raise or lower the internal draw.

Hey, i just watched the vids on youtube. Is it me having bad sight or is there one corner of the puzzle different ?

Looks like one corner is cut off so it can be stood on that to form a diamond type shape.

All the photos and video seem to show it presented like that.

Guess it makes it look a whole lot cooler than it would if it were just a standard square box.
