Well, as I posted before... Whoever wins, it's still quite fun thinking them up.

Kinisis- kinesis (motion or change)
Anubisis- Anubis, to keep with the Egyptian theme, which it seems several others agree with
Nemisis- the name everyone thought Copernisis would have way back when
Antithisis- Antithesis, opposites or difference

and the one I really love:
Apotheisis- from Apotheosis (to deify, or to become a god). This might be best saved for the name of Isis 5.

Or "Tutmosis the 4th." or "Tutmosisis" the 4th."

Also a option would be: The new ISIS IV will be called "The Goliathsis" or "Goliathisis" :}

Or perhaps "The Magnum Opusis" translated as "The Great Work" ;} (used in Alchemy, with their tons of symbols, and riddles enough to drive you insane)
Optional "The 4th Magnum Opusis" - Alchemisis Cube/Box
This thought behind this is because the first 3 were Great Works also :} and with Alchemy al ingredients of the first 3 can be/come together in one :}

Also a new option "The Lemantisis Cube/Box" (Is from the Hellraiser-film puzzle box, which has btw a awsome beautifull design)
