isis broken or me being dumb?

ok

so today my isis titanium up in the post today. (only 2 days late but whatever, it arrived) i managed to open it 2 hours later and registered it to the site. i found the instructions on how to reset it and heres where it gets annoying.

i followed the instructions to the T, or so i thought, and now im left with it lined up but with possibly a cm gap between the 2 symbols and the BB's still moving arround. ive tried pushing the maze back into place with no luck and i cant reopen it at all, it turns ever so slighty.

anyone got any advice? its proper enraging cos i wanna challenge the rest of the family with it.

i think ive solved the problem now. after a couple of hours of ... [Evilkeen: too much info for th e open forum!] .


i think ill keep it closed for now.

i would love to but id rather not re open it as i know its gonna mess up again haha
