Get some life back in the old place

Postby anash27 » Thu Sep 22, 2011 1:08 pm

Hi people!!!

It been a long time since I've been on here and I must say things are looking a bit grim. Where is everyone?

I think we need to relight the old Isis flame. Any suggestions of what we can to to spark the old buzz?

I'll also get my thinking cap on.

Sadly it's been like it for a over a year now.

There is however a lot of activity on the Sonic Games Facebook Site. Plenty of free competitions and Andrew frequents it on a regular basis. You don't need a facebook account unless you want to contribute to discussion.

Not personally a big fan of the facebook format but it may be a good platform for getting this forum started again.

It might help to make the general forum open to everyone, not just Isis owners, so at least people can see what its all about before they subscribe to the adventure. i.e. like it was in the old days.

Yes I think that would be a great idea. We could link to the forum from the facebook page then!

I just managed to get straight into the forum without logging into the Isis Adventure. Has it been opened up permanently ?

That's good news but I think I'm correct in saying there is no link to the forum on the Isis Adventure homepage so unless you know the URL or have access to the start page (Isis owners or subscribed members only) you won't find it and probably the search engine spiders won't either.

Good point, the link to the forum is only there if you are logged on. I'll mention that to Andrew.

I still buy the puzzles and check in here once a month or so. But once I am done with a puzzle I have no reason to stop by really, I have enough subscriptions as it is I don't need on more. the riddles were a good way to pass the time between puzzles but not worth paying for. But that is just me.

I tried to pay to subscribe to the membership, but I saw "Only £25.00 for the year, or £5.00 per month (subject to a minimum 12 month subscription)" and I couldn't do it. That is just silly.

Hey all,
I'm new to this, though I first saw one of the puzzles a couple of years ago, I've finally managed to get the funds together to purchase my own Isis Puzzle, got to be said I am greatly pleased with it.
I'm a little disheartened to see the forums seem to be somewhat empty, but I think forums are dying out all over so it's not indicative of anything.

I just wanted to tip my hat to those who have come before me, and maybe there are others like me who are looking to join the game soon.
Either way, I salute you!
