Locked Isis

I have just solved my Isis and wanted to take a picture of it whole, so was putting it back together and think I have locked it! Is there any way I can open it back up?

If you opened it you know how to do it,just try that again.

When I was putting it back together to take a photo I hadn't put the ball bearings in, and now it is stuck with the circle symbols on opposite sides of the Isis and a gap between the top and bottom segments.

oops I didn't notice your other post (shame). I think you should really join the 5% club to get further expert advice.

No I stupidly didn't put the ball bearings back inside I wanted to quickly take a photo of it closed to put next to the one with it opened. A before and after photo. I did at least register the code to prove I solved it before getting it locked, but would really like to get it working again so I can show other people!

How do I join the 5% club, I went there but it wouldn't let me in.

to join the 5% club i think you still need to send a PM (private message) to the gatekeeper (i think) attaching a photo of your opened isis together with your username visible in the photo (on a bit of paper). There used to be instructions on the forum to explain this but i cant find it for the ISIS 5% club (but its what i did for the copernisis and ramisis recently (my isis was opened years ago)). good luck

Ok thanks I have a photo with my Isis open (before I got it locked) but not with my username in it. So will try that. I can also provide them with photos of my Isis in its locked-broken stage if they need it.

For your information: Those instructions are visible only to those who did not join the specific 5% club yet. Omitting them for 5% club members reduces the amount of text on the forum mainpage that you would scroll by anyway.

Leigh86: That was a big mistake indeed, but probably not a fatal one. Contact Gatekeeper and show him the pictures you have, if your pictures are enough to get 5% club access, then you can go there and get useful answers. Re-opening that Isis is not going to be as easy as it was the first time though!
