Too eager, too fast, now stuck...

My girlfriend got me the Isis, titanium version. She noticed how intrigued I was by the thing and that I was a little sad over having to save money and not being able to buy it and decided to buy it for me.

Took a while to arrive and then I started to work on it. It looks so cool and misterious... and after two days of twisting, twirling, listening, rattling... I opened it. Awesome! Registerred my Isis on the site, registered my internal isis code and quickly put it back together to show her how it's done.... without reading the instructions on HOW to properly re-assemble an isis. (I blame my enthusiasm, but yes... it was stupid )
So now it's stuck. And from reading a bit on the net I found that it's stuck in the most horrible way possible. I know I can't post too much details here, but the experts will know what I mean. No way of opening it the "normal" way now

I read on these forums that the 5% Club might have some tips on how to recover from this, but in my enthusiasm I did not take a pic of the inside of my Isis. I did however take a pic of my locked Isis showing the problem and of my Isis registration page showing the "green dot" indicating I have registerred my isis-code after opening it. I sent a PM to the "Gatekeeper" group with this picture, but no reply so far. Is there anything else I should do? Or just be more patient?

I have the EXACT same problem! HAHAHAHAHAHA. Although when I opened mine I was astonished to see that there was only 1 ball bearing. I think I opened mine in the unintended way. So who do I ask for support now?

My advice is to be patient, and send the gatekeepers another PM.
Note that your Isis is indeed not lost, it can still be opened.

Are you still able to open it "the unintended way"? then just do it and make the picture for the 5% club.
If not, and your placenta's are aligned, then start from clue 1, regardless of the number of bb inside.

I hope I can recover my Isis. We don't have the money to spare at the moment to send it in for repairs and I feel a little bad towards my girlfriend. She spent a ton of money to get me the puzzle and then I "break" it in a matter of days
(Don't feel bad for us not having the money btw, we just bought a new house, so it's because of good reason )
