Ok...for all the people upset...
heres the dark alternative to your current situation.
i have mine..pretty certain i know whats up...figured out the secret clue thingy ma bobber...
now....nothing.....no clue...havent touched it in 3 days.....whilst solving my other puzzles they incurred quiet a bit of "wear"...
not interested in doing that to this one...
so i wish mine was still in the mail like you guys....
.
im not supporting SW's horrible customer service or their inability to meet deadlines they them selves set.
im just saying there are worse things than waiting.
disclaimer:Previously SW's CS was just "what it is"...with no comparison available we just had to take it as "thats how they are over there"..but now that there is a "sister company" providing comparisons for us it is not slander ,it is a fact.
that being said...i am confident Andrew Reeves is "doing the best he can",...and a person can not really ask for more than "the best they can"...can we?
I have talked myself blue in the face trying to improve the parts of SW's overall "Game"...to no avail.....The anger at the extended waits is really the only complaints i have ever had...but when i get a new one...its all good.
the fact we even get to interact with the actual inventor is quite rare....here you would deal with a CSR or salesman(CSR=customer service rep)...
I love the products i have....never have i recieved a "subpar product"....
So thank you Andrew Reeves for letting me tag along as you invent, and not making us all wait until your whole line was already invented, and mass produced...
I joined te 500 club for the oppertunity to "sponsor a Inventor" ,knowing full well inventing takes alot of trial and error.
in closing.....not sure how those two opened their Copernisis' in 1 day..but mines being a real pain in the @#$&.....
i cant be the star everytime anyway
