I completely understand. And I would rather have a puzzle that works and looks the way it should. And I hope Andrew is able to take our complaints in a good way. We wouldn't be complaining if his puzzles sucked. I just really can't wait to get my hands on this beast! And I'm getting a little cranky with it being a month and a half later than the first posted release date. With a puzzle this complex I don't think it was wise to post a "to the day" release date if you weren't absolutely sure you could make said release date. Just a thought.

As annoyed as we may seem, these puzzles are AMAZING and really worth the wait. Sorry if we complain Puzz, we just REALLY want our hands on that puzzle! Besides, when we do end up getting it, there will be a whole other 2 year wait for the Isis IV anyway...

...but boy is it exciting to know that any day this thing could ship!

I agree.
How about telling us that the puzzle will be out a month or two later than the scheduled release. That way, if they are running behind, WE won't know the difference. OR...if it does make the intended date, then us puzzlers will be overjoyed to learn of an early shipping! Perfect.

I know that the delays are upsetting but if it means that we won’t have any issues with our puzzles then I don’t mind. I remember with the Ramisis release it was delayed too and we still had issues with the electronics not working and holes punched in the tops of the boxes. So here’s to hoping that there won’t be any technical issues with the Copernisis when it finally gets released.

Now when it is ready to go I hope they do the following:

Manufacture and ship out the SEs for the 500 Club and LEs first. People who paid extra for the LEs did so in order to get them a month early and 500 Club members were also told that they would get their SEs early too. Just because things have been delayed doesn’t mean that these paid for privileges should be neglected.

Ship them out in the order they were pre-ordered in. This is something that didn’t happen with the Ramisis and really ticked me off as a friend of mine who ordered theirs weeks after I did got theirs (and had it solved) weeks before mine shipped. Also, we were treated to pictures of dozens of them shipped to stores for the official release but many of us who pre-ordered were left waiting, and waiting, and waiting.

Hopefully soon! Man I can't wait! I must admit I watched the video again tonight and I really can't wait to see how it works in person! Still wish I could at least have my puzzle # emailed to me so I could start on the clues though.

Honestly, if the release really is as close as was made out in the last update I will pretty much guarantee you that you won't hear anything until the postman knocks on your door with puzzle in hand or someone else posts that theirs has arrived. It's not a dig at SW/SG (or whatever they are these days), it's just what you come to expect from being here a while If however, Puzz reads this and decides to update then that's great, but I'm not expecting it.

It'll come when it's ready (or in the case of the first batch of Ramisis, just before its ready).

As jazz said, good things come to those who wait. So sit back, relax, forget that you ordered it, find another puzzle to buy/open in the meantime and be super excited when the postie arrives at your door with that puzzle you forgot you ordered

1. Copernisis - Huge Apologies for delay on launch, although I have pushed like crazee to get this out this month, It's now going to be September. I am as frustrated as probably most of you are but I am restrained by the speed of engineering.
