My Isis had only one sphere in the bottom... i fallow the rules to reset and now i can't open it..

I, in part, have the same problem.

I opened it, and one bearing fell out. I put it back where i thought it came out of, the spring pushed up the other piece to reveal one bearing in one track, and one empty track ... now it's stuck half closed with placentas on opposite sides, and the gap between halves.

My Isis also only had one ball bearing in it when I opened it.
