One Year on!

okay it's almost been a year since I got my Ramisis. Is it open? No. Logical puzzle? No. Chance? probably. Well I've tried everything to get the BB to the top of this thing, but it just wont go let alone getting it back down. Anyone who can help please reply... here or at alecmaxfield@googlemail.com

sorry if that comes across as ignorant, i am just frustrated!! This is the only puzzle I have not been able to solve...

There are a lot of puzzles out there that claim to be the hardest I can only tell you this, you are proberbly trying to open one of the hardest ever made it had some bad press with the first ones of the production line but to be honest just teething problems. Its a unique puzzle and a dam hard puzzle to complete most people have only ever got half way you just gotta keep going

Well i'm not sure about that. Im glad the puzzle has been challenge, however I do think the novelty of it is is wearing off, I think I've became disillusioned with the whole thing, my Isis is worn out after 4 openings and my ramisis came with no working lights in an Isis box, it does not fill you with the confidence that the thing actually works... For the amount I have spent I'd expect better. I'm trying to enjoy the experience but I don't think its for me anymore...
