Is my ISIS broke?

I got past the halfway stage and the plunger then pressed all the way in, now I can only hear 1 of the things your suppose to hear (don't want to spoil anything) I've tried everything I can possible but can't hear the number that I need. Help?

Are you saying I don't need to hear the required number again? or have I got to do something to make them come back? As the plunger now goes all the way in again.

Now the Isis started to open and then stopped Now the Isis seems half open and the middle ring moves up and down Help?

Everytime I do this it no longer turns. I'll keep going at it then I suppose
