Frustrating

I got my Ramisis yesterday but i couldn't enter the code for it, and now i have opened the key chamber and there is nothing i can do!!!

Did anyone else have problems entering the code????

Do you mean the code on the bottom of your puzzle ?

This is strange if this is the case, my guess would be to contact SW and talk to them.

I contacted Sonic Warp and is seems that my Ramisis was previously owned and sold on via Menkind!

Its all sorted now, I still don't know how i opened it so I locked it again am now im starting from the beginning!!
