poor customer support,no one is responding to the 5% clubs new entries,no treasure chest drawing,no new isis1 free searchs...
and this place is a ghost town 98% of the time

what the hell are you doing over there PUZZ?

HUGE lag in the adventure.....you need to get it together
over 700 dollars i sent you,i feel i have the right to ask these questions..i am not angry...we need a new update....
unless you want the members roster to be stuck at "between 25 and 30"...(500 club)

(i am tired of answering private messages asking me what the hell is going on...like i know!)

solution: hire me to be customer service i can supply a phone number that will actually get answered and a email with a quick response time...i could also do the 5% clubs new entries.....all i would need is a reliable way to contact you,Andrew......
i will as usual work for free.....i only get upset because i have high expectations for the adventure.

think it over PUZZ...

I think that there is a gap here. But there may be more to this then we are privy to. that being said. HECK YEAH. I do miss the interactive adventure. I remember when I first found out who PUZZ was, I was think ing that that is really amazing that the "inventor" was on this forum with us common folk. I miss those times when we got messages from PUZZ and not the sporadic re-posts from our diligent Mods (god Bless them)

i think maybe some of us should volunteer to help out....its the 5% clubs..the keys....and general questions .....if ade isnt keeping up then he needs replaced..the one guy has it in his signature that hes still waiting to get into the nkryptor 5% club..been like a month now!...

i should never get private messages asking me if Sonic Warp is still in business!!

ship me a crap load of keys and i can mail them to the people here in the states..all i woud have to do is tell SW which numbered key went to which isis owner.....who ever does the 5% clubs would have to be made a mod i am thinking....
one of us could easily be the "United States Connection" to Sonic Warp.....
the help is available .....if they would only ask for it!

I have been quietly waiting, as I figure Puzz is probably busy getting these puzzles on the production line.

Then I see that just before the "release" to the 500 Club we are at the 2 month mark. And see that "another" puzzle maker is getting a new puzzle out this month.

Shock and awe, baby. Shock and awe.

Puzz - let us know what we can do to help. I know several of us have offered in the past, but we have "skin in the game" now. We pre-funded from the 500 Club. Let us help you please.

I'm not having a go Steve.......

But I read this post with interest, I don't think "anything is going on". The Isis Adventure is what is! nothing has changed it's been like this for a year or so now and I think unfortunately it is going to carry on like this...

May be we all just expect to much.

Will I still buy the Puzzles? Yep.
Will I still enjoy the free Searches? Yep.
Will I still try and solve impossible riddles? Yep.
Will I still be FUSTRATED by poor Customer Service and a Puzzle (Ramisis) that is not up to standard ? Yep.
Will I still hope that the Isis 3 is going to be great and the best Puzzle out. Yep
Will I still hope that we will get to Isis 5 and I will solve the Final Pyramid. Yep

Although on reflection, I have to say that I have always got a reply from Puzz when I emailed him direct, and there is now over 12,000 players now. So may be he is just very very busy now and things just take a lillte bit longer. If you are offering free help then he should take it.

I'm with you on that one just sitting back and waiting more i stick to the forums the more antsy i get with wanting Isis 3 so I'd rather be left in the dark on when it will arrive lol so I'm not sitting at my doorstep waiting for it to come sooner.

I dont really know how true it is,as with most "leaders"..but i have been told that i have the ear of the puzzle community....that you guys actually give 2 craps about what i say on here....well if that is true ..and i do have the communities ear..then by god i am going to be their mouths as well....
Lodgecrest..you made me understand something important...when i was all super proSW .."join the 500 club now" kinda thing....saying everything was perfect and not mentioning the problems...well...i feel like i lost credibility with the puzzle community....
when random users..specially new ones..are asking me crazy questions like "does it usually take 3 months to get a key?"..or "is sonic warp still in business,i have emailed 3 times in 2 weeks"....well i get antsy about the money...seeds you planted lodgecrest.....
no matter how many puzzle makers the isis adventure "spins off"...i will always love the first....
i lost my mind a little ...i apologise....
i want the Isis3 to be the very best it can be.....but if i where to honestly review the adventure chapter 3 would start with "they had me all ready to get started again,but....."....he has got to stop making "expected in-hand" guesses.....things like this are what raise eyebrows...i am very aware of the anti-isis peoples points of view and it gives them ammo!....its gambling,he ripping me off,ill never win anything,..etc...etc..etc...thats why i wanted to be a tester and not be able to win ..then i am important and my wife is not right! :lol:
