Puzzle Isis Reset problem

Hi,
I've just opened the puzzle and I've registred my key number in http://www.isisadventure.fr but I didn't know there were a reset instructions, so I did it myself but it didn't lock good, now in the middle ring there is a gap. When I try to open it again, balls turn without stop so I don't know what to do.

I didn't know the forum so I only can send you a pic with my isis gap
Also, I saw for a short moment there is a key to open a pyramid, but since 2007, we have to send a mail to receive the key... I've forgotten to write the e-mail and information we have to send.
Can somebody help me, please ?

Send a PM to Anash27 with a picture of your ISIS, show the gap between the ISIS halves in the photo, and include your username written on a piece of paper in the photo. Also send Anash27 the internal ISIS number and explain the situation. I'm sure Ade will let you into the 5% club then If you have any problems, please contact me.

Don't worry about your ISIS, many people have had problems resetting it, but after reading the help guides in the 5% club, the ISIS are back to normal in no time

As for the key, I think as soon as you register your key number on the French ISIS website, you should receive instructions on how to claim the key, if not let me know and I'll find out for you.

I sent 2 PM to Anash27 yesterday but I have no reply from him/her but I didn't know I have to send the key number.
For the key, when I registred my key number, I remember seing instructions but I thought I'll can see later the instructions so I didn't write the e-mail to claim it

I don't want to flood Anash27, do you think I can send the key number of my ISIS without send again the picture with the gap ?

Hi,

You don't normally have to send the key number, but as you haven't got a picture of an open ISIS, sending the number is real proof that you've opened it. Don't worry about sending it now, Ade (Anash27) will ask for it if he wants it Ade usually checks the forum daily, so you should hear from him soon

The email to request a key is key@sonicwarp.com, you'll need to send your name and address, the internal (key) number and the external number on the ISIS and also your registered email address, especially if you are emailing SW from a different client.

I'm having the same problem. I manger to take several pictures of my Isis open though so I shouldn't have an issue for proof. My problem is any message I try to send just sits in my outbid so I don't even know if anash27(Ade) got my message to get me permission to get into the 5% club

Ade is not around much now, so please don't send 5% club requests to him - the instructions now say send them to 'Gatekeeper' (or direct to me if you like).

Would be interested to know if there is still a reference to anash27 lurking somewhere.....

I have the same problem. I was talking to evilkeen a while back and he was trying to help me but i lost contact. Ive tried everyting up to the help videos on youtube. Should I just bite the bullet and send it back for a repair or am i able to prove ive opened it to gain access to the 5% club so i can try and get it reopen again ( i dont want a $120 paperweight) can anyone help me.
