A friend snapped the cocktail stick I was using to silence the key. It is now stuck in the hole. Will this stop me opening the key chamber and if I can open it will I be able to remove the stick once the key chamber is out?

I finally opened my key chamber last night and I had half a tooth pick sticking out of it at the time so it should be no problem for you.

I got half a toothpick stuck in mine. I dug it out with a paperclip.
