Clue help and progress on solving the Isis

Opened... Question about 5% group application.

Postby alek » Mon Jan 05, 2009 8:19 pm

Hi everyone,

I got my isis at christmas and managed to get it open today. Very exciting.
Just selected the pyramid which I think is closest to us and got the clue... Trying to figure it all out.

Anyway, about the 5% member group - do I need to post a picture with the inside of the isis clearly showing? ie all the details inside it etc? Or should I keep some info out? Not sure what the security procedure is about posting a photo...

Thanks
Alek.

Hi Alek,

First well done, and welcome to the adventure. :D

You need to send your picture via a PM (don't post on the forum) to anash27. You don't necessarily need to show the inside workings, but it does need to be a photo of your opened ISIS, along with a piece of paper with your forum name on it, then just wait for Ade to give you access :D

Thanks. I was more concerned about revealing any of the numbers. I presume that's going to be ok to send to a moderator here?

Yeh, the puzzle is fantastic, although I doubt I would have got anywhere for a very long time unless I found out about the "last" clue (which even then seemed extremely dubious).. Even then, I didn't follow it.. All I did was I got really annoyed with it last night because i realised it was 4 am and I had spent 5 hours on the thing, so i threw it on the floor and went to bed.. Tried it again this morning and... I guess things just fell into place. :)

My only major gripe is the symbols on the outside of the puzzle. My desk is full of hieroglyph graphs - I've pretty much learnt the whole alphabet. :s

Sending the numbers on your ISIS to Ade (Anash27) is perfectly safe :) I wouldn't post the numbers online though just in case,
