Thanks, but I don't htink you're following me. I have done all that.

The symptoms I have are thus: (I have just logged out and back in again to make sure)

My Status is now a green circle.

I click on ">YOUR ISIS" and then I get a random number generator (just for effect) with a red background and white numbers just spinning.

I then click on the next menu item down on the left panel ">ENTER THE KEY" and then up comes my two rows of numbers; the 1st being the ISIS serial number and the 2nd beign the key number I have now entered previously. Both of these have green numerals.

I can't click (they don't go active when I roll the cursor over them) any of the following:

Isis reset instructions (this shows immediately below ">ENTER THE KEY")

> LOCATE A PYRAMID
> SELECT A PYRAMID
> COLLECT YOUR REWARD

Therefore I have entered the key and whilst I was doing do there was a link to get to the Pyramid map, but as I temporarily lost my connection I have no longer go the ability to get to the map link.

I am having the same problem. Have paid subscription and received confirmation email from paypal. have also pm'd anash27 with photo of open isis but am not sure that this has worked either. It is all a bit frustrating.

its a brand spankin new system thats just starting ..there are bound to be a few bugs...i am sure SW will sort it all out ASAP ..maybe have a look at the mystery picture while you wait...or have a go at one of the free search riddles ..the pyramid riddles are much more difficult than the free search riddles ..they are nice warm ups
but please dont get discouraged this is a whole barrel of fun...
the Ramisis is awesome....wait till you see the online game that goes with this puzzle

p.s. Pyrahunters is AWESOME!! and the software is free!....worth everypenny to register the game and you get into an awards zone after winning the game..its actually fun and doable even for non-gamer types...

So let me get this right...

Not only do I have to splash out money for the Isis, I have to PAY MORE in order to get a riddle, even though I've opened it?!?! That seems ridiculous! I've spent a lot of money on a puzzle just to open it? I thought the money I paid for the Isis means that once I have opened the Isis myself, I am then in a longer adventure.

But now I have to pay a subscription to go further? Hhmmmm.

I think I am going to wait until Puzz and the team are back in the office. Maybe then I'll get a response as to the whereabouts of my Ramisis I bought that hasn't turned up (even though they took the money out of my account ages ago)

It's going to have to be one VERY good explanation. None of this was explained before I handed money over. I bought a puzzle while being told that it could lead to a prize - I didn't realise that in order to have any chance of claiming that prize, I would have to pay more.

They seemed to be very quick in taking money from me (in terms of both puzzles - one of which is yet to arrive). I understand that this whole project is brand new (including the website), but certain things should be rock solid beforehand (such as responding to emails, customer service, writing a description of the product without leaving out certain things). It makes me think of a child playing a game with his/her friends but changing the rules as he/she goes along - not very sporting at all.

Many of you seem to be really enjoying your adventures, and I wish I were in the same position.

I await a reply from SW and I do hope that they will give me a satisfactory answer.

It can lead to a prize...
Until very recently, we never had to pay more to access the pyramid map etc. So we're all getting used to it - there were a number of long (and heated at points) discussions in the "general" section that covered this, but I believe the overall consensus in the end was that the subscription was ok as it helps ensure the adventure's future
Incidently, I was pretty much always under the impression that when you buy an ISIS that is all you buy - the ISIS page in the SW shop makes no mention of any adventure etc. Previously, the fact that you own an ISIS then grants you free access to the adventure, ie pyramids etc... now you have to pay to enter. (I may be totally wrong on about this though, and I expect Karen or PUZZ or another mod to correct me if I am ).

I can't explain why your Ramisis has taken so long not to arrive, I'll leave it to SW to explain that one... it'll be worth the wait though, you'll just have to take my word on that
The project isn't exactly that new, some of us have been here over 2 years now Without meaning to disrespect Puzz and SW, some of us have just learnt to live with the fact that responses are sometimes slow and that rules change from time to time, but if the overall thing was really that bad then I guess we'd all have given up and left long ago.

As you said, many of us do really enjoy the adventure, if not for the puzzles and fun(?) of solving pyramid riddles then just to be a part of a group of like-minded puzzlers (but it is particularly rewarding when your standing in a shop next to an open pyramid with a coin in your hand )

While your waiting for SW to return I guess you may want have a look throught the "Pyramids and gold coins" section of the forum so you can begin to understand how Puzz's mind works when it comes to the pyramid riddles

Are you telling me that you're selling aluminium balls for £100, claiming them to be the "World's most difficult puzzle" which is solved in less than 7 hours of playing with it, then charging more money to then allow me to progress on the hunt beyond that?

If this is the case I can see that you are on to a good thing. I do not believe that this is a worthwhile pursuit; and I honestly believe that this is a full blown con.

I have a long string of wooden blocks sitting on my shelf in the living room that I have only ever managed to get back into the "cube", as was intended, once in the 2 years I have had it. That cost me £4 and looks a damn site nicer too.

I am extremely dissatisfied and actually want my £100 back!

I was given your e-mail address by Karen G from the ISIS-Adventure forum. There are a couple of us who managed to open our ISIS 1 puzzles today and we both have the same probems / symptoms on the internet accounts.

See the link below for details, but in essence despite entering our correct key-codes, neither of us are able to progress to being able to seeing the Pyramid Maps.

Must say that I thought the puzzle would last a little longer and require all sorts of clever heiroglyphic icon alignments rather than being not a lot more than an obscured view puzzle ball kit. £100 is lot of money for a day's worth of problem solving.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and pursue it a little further, but I'm still unconvinced as yet.

Those who manage to unlock the isis, will discover a hidden key with a unique 10 digit code. Using your password, you should log into the system and enter the 10 digit key code. If accepted, you should then gain access to the map of pyramids.

Legend has it that gold and silver coins where hidden throughout the world. The coins were sealed within golden pyramids and entrusted with the keepers.

If discovered, the keepers must release one of the coins.

As you can see - NO MENTION OF HAVING TO PAY MORE. It states that after the code has been accepted which it has), I will be able to access the 'map of pyramids'. I can't SO FIX IT SW. I'm not paying more. I read the above which made me finally buy an Isis. NO MENTION OF MORE MONEY BEING REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ADVANCE.

Albatross - Martin just deals, as far as I know, with fixing the technical issues of the website... don't be too harsh on him! If you want to ask for your money back or complain in general, you're better off trying Caroline or Andrew Reeves himself... poor Martin doesn't have much to do with the running of the puzzle!
