Is this a problem?????

I got my Ramisis a couple of days ago and it looks interesting, but my question is should the 5 levels of the Ramisis move independently? On mine the top two levels rotate together. I can't hold the 4th level and rotate the top level. So is this a problem?

That seems to be normal, at least when starting it. Mine is the same way. I haven't solve it yet so I don't know if that changes at any time or not.

Im sure this has been discussed elsewhere previously - I believe the top two layers are indeed always supposed to move together.

Very true

The top two sections are independent but move together, so dont force them.

Hi all

I managed to get my key chamber to pop out, but it only came out about 5mm and in trying to get it out I pushed it back in!!!

What have I done?

Is it a send back job again ?

Yep I have moved them all again and given it a good shake!
