WHERE IS MY RAMISIS!!!???

I have had no luck in getting a reply from anyone at SW so I thought I would post here. I have emailed SW TWICE regarding my order from the 10th Dec. The money for my purchase of the Ramisis has been taken out from my account 2 weeks ago - I'm left with an empty pocket, no product, and no explanation. NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!

Can any of you guys on the forums help me?? What should I do?

Hi Shaka04,

Sorry to hear about the delay with your Ramisis. Are you in the UK? If not, it could be that your Ramisis is on it's way to you, but just held up due to the amount of post over the Christmas period? Have you tried logging into your SW shop account to see if the Ramisis has been dispatched? If it hasn't, you could try emailing Caroline at SW directly (Caroline@sonicwarp.com), Caroline usually replies to emails quite quickly. Unfortunately SW are on holiday at the mo, but when they get back in January Caroline should contact you.

I used paypal to pay for my Ramisis (seemed easier for me). The following day from placing my order, I received an email stating my order 'had been fulfilled'. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago!! Money has been taken from my bank account 2 weeks ago too. I'm getting frustrated and worried.

There's no need to worry, SW is run by a great team, they are friendly and honest and I'm sure they will sort it out for you as soon as possible

I paid with paypal for my Ramisis also and there were no problems with that payment method. However, there was a backlog of Ramisis orders a while ago, I'm not sure if SW have caught up completely as yet, so it may just be that there is a slight delay from ordering to dispatching?

I'm sure you'll find out in January, but if not, you're welcome to PM me and I'll try to sort it out for you.

I've replied to the above too, although I think it's a problem only Martin at SW can solve... so another wait until January I'm afraid

Sorry about all of the problems, but SW will sort them asap
