Isis III

Postby voltrondefender5 » Sat Dec 20, 2008 11:05 pm

So seeing as there is no talk yet on the Isis III seeing as everyone is embroiled with the Ramesis and also how the Isis III comes out in March, I figured I'd start a poll on what shape everyone thinks the Isis III will be. If I forget a shape just write it in.

I think it may be an octahedron.

Don't mess around with really dense objects like things made of neutronium and black holes. It will only end in disaster.

If I remember correctly, isn't that the NKII? There was a picture of it in one of the newsletters.

There is a puzzle called the KO Labyrinth for sale in many of the Chinese puzzles shops. It is a 6 inch or so diameter sphere which moves just like a standard 3x3x3 Rubik’s Cube. The outer shell is transparent so that you can see into each hollow chamber. There are holes in between each chamber which when aligned properly will allow the two marbles in the puzzle to pass from one chamber to another. Now imagine this same puzzle but made out of aluminum so that you can’t see inside it. I can imagine a future Isis puzzle to be somewhat like this.
