RESET PROBLEMS PLEASE HELP!!!!

Ok so I just sent the pic to anash 27 cause i JUST opened my isis. I got my code and everything and when I tried to reset it i messed up. Its hard to explain please help me. PM me and ill explain it exactly for fear if i explained it here it might give something away. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I've recently opened my isis too and retrieved the key ( bear in mind i have had it for over a year now, so very relieved!!!). Unfortunately i was stupid enough to try and reset it before taking a photo to enter the 5% club.......... now it's jammed half way.... any options other than sending it to SW at a hefty price?

Send your details to Anash27 via PM, include a picture of the key and he may be able to help you get into the 5% club, there's help in there for jammed ISIS
