Royal mail now says that my tracking number is invalid. Hopefully this means that they handed the package off long ago and never updated my tracking info.

Royal Mail tracking is a waste of time.
The last three items I sent by recorded/special delivery - only two got delivered OK, but they lost the tracking information for all three

I avoid Royal Mail as much as I can nowadays

Opened my door this morning and heard cardboard sliding on the ground. I looked down and saw a funny white cube. My Ramisi5 is finally here!!!!
Very confusing puzzle. For a while, the top layer would only spin clockwise so far then stop, but it would spin counter-clockwise for ever. Now it spins forever in both directions. I think this is a step backwards, but i don't really know.The light doesn't do what the booklet says at all, just blinks when the layers are in certain posistions. At least I have a light. I'm super pumped.

27/9/2008 i placed my order for my ramisis. I'M STILL WAITING. im aware a lot of peeps placed their order a long time before me. but to find another website "Firebox.com" to have it in stock quite unbelievable!! ive held my tongue for nearly 40 days......... i will keep this tame as this is a family forum by saying " I’m not impressed "
just an e-mail to keep me up to date would of been nice, but as im still waiting for a key from my eagle isis (11/10/2008) i dont expect anything other then more delays.

I would like to congratulate SW for breaking the mould - i always thought the customer came first.......

EDIT: Okay... package is open...
The case box was not punctured through the top, however, the small lock pin and spring were floating the cardboard box. So I had to put that back together.
The ISIS I (errrr... II) box is very disappointing. My second "I" is VERY off centre and high compared to the ISIS I imprint. Doesn't take a genius to figure out what is going on here.
Inside of the box was punctured (as expected)
I have not turned a layer yet. Just staring for a bit.
First impression... pretty... but smaller than I expected. Forgive me, but my first thought was that they must have measured the inside of the ISIS I box and said "how big can we make this to fit in the old box?"

I wonder if the ones that Firebox has are from the original unfixed/recalled shipment. Has anyone who purchased one from Firebox seen the red light? I'm on the verge of canceling my order with Sonicwarp in favor of ordering from Firebox, but not if Firebox doesn't have good/fixed ones.
