Im also not too impressed that I paid more to pre-order than I would have if Id waited to order from Firebox. We live and learn.....

My wife spoke to Andrew this morning about the box problems. The box is temporary they used them to get them out faster. They are on order from China on a 3 month wait. He told my wife to email him and he would send a new box out free of charge when they have them in stock.

it should be sent out for free considering thats what we paid for not to have a damaged box.

Hmm... I just order one from Firefox.com for next day delivery and confirmed that they had them in stock!.....£149.00 plus £5.95 next day citylink... Postage free if you can wait 1-3 days !!!!!!!

well let us know if you get it. i've still not received mine from SW yet and still no comfirmation e mail.
surely they should be covering all pre orders before they send out to retailers!!

My Ramisi5 finally cleared customes in NY and should be on it's way to Detroit. Since there is no mail tomorrow (Veterans' Day) they will probably attempt delivery on Wednesday which means that I can pick it up at the post office after work on Thursday.

Still no word on shipping my Ramisis. A couple of weeks ago (on October 27) Caroline told me in an email that they held back my Ramisis until my Ramisi5 would be ready so that they can ship them together. Puzz even emailed me saying that they would be able to reduce the shipping charges once they found out the actual shipping both of them together. I guess that didn't happen after all. Perhaps now that the "New Beginning" at Hamleys is over they will be able to ship out the Ramisis to those of us still waiting. I imagine that they probably wanted to have a few on hand for last Friday.

Just canceled my order with Sonicwarp and re-ordered through Firebox.

Funny thing, I have already received an EMAIL from Firebox telling me that they are posting the Ramisis and that it's IN STOCK.

With the Hamley relaunch tomorrow, I'm just not expecting my order to move too quick at SW...

Just checked... in a total of 5 1/2 hours I went from ordered to dispatched with Firebox. My Ramisis is on the way to the USofA.
And still haven't heard back from SW on my cancel order....

Got mine this morning. I'm super excited.

I was expecting the USPS to attempt a delivery of my Ramisi5 today while I was at work. I expected to fine one of their post cards in my mail box and then I had planned on going to the post office after work tomorrow to pick it up. Well, I was surprised to find my Ramisi5 just sitting on my front porch today. The postman just left it, no signature required.

My Ramisi5 does have the placenta marking, but it seems to be rather light, not engraved deeply so it’s somewhat hard to see from different angles. And as expected, my box is trashed. The second “I” in “Isis II” is not aligned very well. Also, there is a nasty hole all the way through the top of the box. The Ramisi5 looks to be a really nice puzzle, but frankly this box is an embarrassment. I really hope that the talk about Sonic Warp eventually getting new, correct Isis II boxes is true and that we will be able to get our hands on them somehow. I don’t even really mind paying for them I just don’t like what we have now.

My Ramisis still hasn’t shipped. I really want to solve that before getting into this Ramisi5 so the Ramisi5 is going on the shelf for a while. I’m going to email Caroline to see if I can get a status update on my Ramisis.
