Did i broke my isis?

Hello,

i already had my isis open, but to learn more about it I closed it again (before making a photo, because I didn't know anything about this forum) to reopen it.

The two placentas aren't anymore correctly in position, they are like 1cm apart and its locked, hearing no balls anymore.

Can someone tell me (surely over pm to not tell anyone the secret of isis) how i can fix this problem?

hey there,

i opened my isis this evening, and discovered the metal plate which ought to be glued down was lose and fell out, unleshing a ball bearing. but none the less, the isis was opened and i duly entered the number.

i was not aware of a photograph send in thing where i could access another forum, because now i need help resetting it, which i did the wrong way!! i dont think i matched up the etched globes when tryin to put it back together.

can anyone help? i can send a screenshot to show that i have indeed opened my isis but no photo of it actually open, except perhaps a photo of the isis not rest correctly!! lol

Hi nickhealy,

Congratulations on opening your Isis and welcome to the forum.

Send a PM to Anash27 explaining your situation and provide him with any info that you have,
Once you are in the 5% club you can read up on how to solve your problem including repair any damage,
Meanwhile you should have access to the pyramid map and all the lovely riddles,
That should keep you busy while you wait for 5% club entry.

let me start with i havent opened my puzzle , but i have the same problem , i some how have the 2 circles mis aligned about 10mm apart and cannot hear any ball bearings it appears to be all jammed, do i have to get it repaired (if so where, as i cant find a valid link??) i only got it for xmas

I am having the same problem as tango, can't hear the ball bearings anymore. No matter how hard I smack it to something, the plunger will not go half way down and I can't unscrew the puzzle.

Align the placenta's.
Yes you can.
A night in the fridge may help.

Well, I have the exact same problem...
My Isis' placentas are roughly 1cm apart, and I can't seem to get the 3rd ball bearing to enter the maze, no matter what I do... How can I solve this?
I've been searching around the web, but I haven't yet found a way to fix this.

Hi JP4space,

You just need to re-align the placentas. As Louisis said, a night in the fridge may help losen the components to make it easier to twist the two halved back together. Wearing rubber washing up gloves will also help you get a better grip on the two halves. It can take quite a lot of strength, but don't worry you won't break it - as long as you twist it by hand that is. Once you have the placentas aligned follow the clues to open the ISIS.
