When will they be posted?

you july preorders deserve to be first ....you have waited the longest

if you preordered and are using the standard SW shipping then you may not have tracking numbers available and ,will they contact you when it ships if there are no tracking numbers...first class USPS has no tracking...

Ya, would suck if they shipped it and it never got here and we never knew that they shipped it... Maybe they could send out a letter at the same time as the package (thinking the letter would arrive first but not sure), or at least an e-mail since we're all registered on the isisadventure.com website.

I've ordered a few items directly from Sonicwarp to the US before and they never really provided an actually shipping notice and they never provided up front any tracking numbers. But one item never arrived after waiting a full month, so I contacted them and they were able to provide a tracking number at that time which showed that the item was incorrectly routed by the USPS and they were sending it back to Sonicwarp.

It would be nice if they would provide the tracking numbers at the time of shipping. When these come to the US, the USPS will require a signature. If I knew what day to expect delivery, it would be easier to make sure someone will be there.

im sure they would "upgrade" your shipping for an aditional bit of money....but i am quite certain you have paid for first class usps....the signature thing would be "priority shipping" i beleive and its a bit more....you could ask for them to ship it UPS ensuring a signature is needed.

I live in Hong Kong, and don't check this forum often. Today I realized that it's been over a month since it was supposed to be posted and having bothered my post man for that entire time I decided to check back. Maybe, just maybe someone should have sent EMAILS out explaining the problem?
Being a sucker for puzzles, I'll continue to order them, but I would like to know that the company cares (at least a little bit) for my poor postman

When Sonicwarp ships to the US through Royal Mail for ail mail delivery, the package gets transfered to the USPS when it shows up in the US and it then gets handeled as international priority and/or international express. Their Royal Mail tracking number gets transfered along with the package and you can track it from either the Royal Mail web site or the USPS one. The tracking on the Royal Mail site stops as soon as they hand it over to the USPS, the USPS site will track it all the way to delivery, or in my case the failed delivery because they attempted to deliver it to the wrong address and it was refused.

Don't forget, we are paying pretty much $50 US for shipping to the US for an Isis. This is the upgraded shipping.

just got news this afternoon that a couple of Ramisis that were preordered arrived in Belgium and that they are being mailed trough to the customers next monday,arrival on tuesday.This is probably for all Dutch and Belgian people.
