This event has been created to further promote the Ramisis puzzle. Attendance is not required to collect your Ramisis puzzle (although this option is available - please contact us first).

If we need to return faulty Ramsis puzzles, can we collect them here? Or will they be posted back before this date? (Sorry if this is a silly question - I've not received instructions for returning mine yet).

Folks,

there are a number of ways to get your Ramisis to SW to have the updates applied.

1. Send it in parts, this would be best option for SW, because then we dont have to solve the Ramisis
2. Send it with Key chamber out, this helps a bit
3. Send it to us as is

Return to Sonicwarp Ltd, 15b Church Street, Oswestry, sy11 2su by registered post, approx cost £6.00, we will refund this cost on return.

We currently have 2 x Ramisis returned for updates and these will have the updates applied later this week and sent out.

Hope this makes sense, please let me know if you require any more info.

We would appreciate NO collections at Hamleys, as security is an issue.

I am not sure I get this right. Is 7/11 a Ramisis promotion day with a 'SW meet & greet', or is it the "new releasedate"?

If you are still waiting to receive your Ramisis, this will be posted out to you shortly.

So 'it is likely that' we will receive our Ramisis before 7/11 ?

Will SW and/or the Ramisis be in Essen from 23 to 26 October?

I've also just noticed that Bing's thread about the care instructions has disappeared, as well as another thread about the (Is this an error message...?) plus a couple of others including the ones about the Hamleys Owners and Hamleys stock, a couple from Cornett and the first few posts from the "Come on PUZZ" topic (the negative ones...)

I assume this is part of the "new beginning"...

Citizens Charter comes to mind here. Yes it does still exsist and companies should follow it. In the "Cum On Puzz" section they where to be posted within two weeks. SW are still saying limited stock so if 2500+ were ordered does that mean these WILL be available? I for one want a date in writing as to when I will recieve it. Mine was ordered on 17th July 2008 and I was billed straight away, no I'm not happy it was a birthday pressent I'll have had another at this rate.

Guys stop kicking Andrew and SW down, How many times have you personally given up due to someone saying your not worth it? I would rather you not keep destorying their confidence. Sure things are a little odd but atleast Isis 3 won't have these problems because SW will learn from them.

if you take the new hamleys date 7/11....divide 11 by 7
you end up with 1.5714285....convert these to letters
you get aegadbhe which is an anagram of beg ahead

Well your wrong on the 1 of 7, all the main isis puzzles will go up to 5. Trust me I was at the launch and Andrew spoke of the prize at isis 5. Just waiting for the Kuku and Nkubit to come out they are amazing
