The word "NEXT" more than implies that both the normal adventure and award zone can be entered, and if SW are under the impression that this should mean something different then someone seriously needs to think before they start typing, because unless this actually means "next" then it's false advertising whether or not the T&Cs state otherwise!

The T&Cs also state under "Isis I Product and Golden Pyramid awards":
5. Only one gold coin can be claimed per Isis product purchased.
No mention of other prizes or award zones. The only statement that I can see that could contradict what I'm trying to show is under "Isis I Product and Golden Pyramid awards":
9. Only one claim per Isis permitted.
Which surely means only 1 gold or silver coin per Isis. Infact, as I posted before there is actually a statement in the T&Cs that states the that an Isis engraved with "sonicwarp.com" are eligible for two prizes! Which contradicts point 9. if point 9. is supposed to be reffering to other prizes. Under "The Sonic Warp Award Zones (including Corporate Adventures)":
If your Isis is engraved with The Sharper Image alongside the number you are eligible for The Sharper Image prizes and also Global Pyramid prizes. However, only one prize per Isis can be claimed from either The Sharper Image prizes OR the Global Pyramid prizes.
If your Isis is engraved with Sonicwarp.com alongside the number you are eligible for Sonicwarp.com prizes and also Global Pyramid prizes

Also notice how it specifically states that only one prize from may be claimed from one or other of the competitions for the TSI Isis, but it is not mentioned at all for the other.
Yes, it doesn't mention the Eagle Isis, but it does contradict the "one ISIS, one prize statement".

It also says that on the main sonicwarp.com and Eagle ISIS shop page "Includes free bonus award zone" and "PLUS Bonus Award Zone".
So if the final word from SW on this is that there is still only 1 prize per Eagle ISIS then I'd say at the very least they are being very underhand with their wording/marketing!!

I don't think they are being underhand, I think it is rather just a difference in the interpretation of the wording.

What the wording is saying is that by owning Eagle Isis you are elgible to enter both the bonus award zone AND the Global Adventure BUT as stated originally and emphasised after the TSI award zone was initially started (and never implied differently since) it is one Isis one prize.

(Please remember that these views are my personal views and are in no way a responce from SW.)

I have now looked at the terms and conditions, having followed this debate.

And yes I know that in order to get a direct response from SW that I need to email independently - thanks!

my proper (non art ) job is to read write and negotiate T&Cs, which is why I didn't paticularly want to read another set in my spare time, however, I have now....and

just to really set the hairs running the T&C also say that entries to any competition (and subsequent prize claim) is limited to one per HOUSEHOLD - so not only can you not claim an eagle prize and a coin, therefore you cannot technically open another ISIS and claim another coin either, as things currently stand (but of course SW have the right to change this)!

T&C are always "flexible" until someone has a dispute, and then of course they are applied to the letter.

Yes I had noticed that too, but that would be difficult to implement to the letter given the precedent already set by people who have claimed more than one coin (from different ISIS), and the various posts here by Puzz stating that to claim another prize you need to buy another ISIS.

However, having read the T&C again, and trawing through Puzz's posts, I agree with Ade, and I think it is very clear that although we are free to enter both the Eagle award zone and the global pyramid hunt, we have to make a choice between them when it comes to claiming a prize.

Now that's going to be interesting - if I solve my riddle for my Eagle ISIS, I will want to check that it's right, but as soon as I enter the password I will presumably have been deemed to have accepted the prize, although I don't know beforehand what it is, and therefore whether I would rather wait in the hope of getting a gold coin instead. Maybe there should be a password checker for the Eagle award zone! :D

lol. Ok, I admit defeat
I see I'm the only one who sees this the way I do and I guess there's little point arguing since SW are unlike to change their minds and I'm unlikely to crack an award zone clue AND another pyramid clue  lol

Guess I'll just have to remember to ask more questions, read all the T&Cs, and think a little more carefully before I buy next time :?
Hopefully I haven't missed any smallprint for ISIS II :? :D

No, you're OK there, I don't think they've written those yet!

SW in T&C wrote:4.1 We reserve the right to:

It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. Damn! Everyone will be checking regularly now. How am I going to get away with the next new clause; "Every person visiting this website must give Ade £50"? :D

I think folk preferred your first version, before you edited it.
Not that folk should want to smack your head, but it sounds more fun than giving you 50 quid.

If anyone is still thinking of buying an Eagle ISIS, have a look on Ebay - SW are selling them for £80 'But It Now', or some for auction with no reserve as well!
