VERY VERY ANGRY

Postby Gary's Mum » Fri Jul 18, 2008 2:17 pm

I have just returned from the Birmingham venue! I rushed to take my granddaughter to school in Rugby this morning, rushed to Banbury to catch the train to Birmingham, just made it. Cost another £20.
When I arrive I am told the pyramid was removed over a week ago, some dispute with SW and the owners of the venue.
I did not complain last time I was there and it was well over an hour to find someone on the end of the phone who actually new the Birmingham password.
This time I am well and truly pi..ed off. I have bought 2 isis, spent a fortune on the checker for Birmingham and Swansea. and £40 visiting the shop.
I was about to join the treasure chest game and order isis2 this month but not any more. My adventure is over. We are told not to phone the venue, if I had I would be 2 checks and a £20 visit better off.
I am sure someone could have posted on the forum to say this pyramid had been removed.
I feel so upset, I have loved trying to find answers to the riddles ect.
But now I feel very let down.

Sorry to go on

Quite rightly too. Have just vented my sympathy on the other thread, so won't do again, but just glad I haven't been spending money on the password checker over the last couple of weeks. But like you, I have spent money visiting the venue as well as many password tries. :(

I have just looked and yes the location part of the pyramid has now changed. I did a word check on thursday I am sure I would have noticed that very extra long first line. The original was very short.
Regardless, does this mean that we must check for any changes to riddles every day or twice a day ?
It only takes a post on this forum, we all seem to be on it regularly and I think we deserve some consideration
