 I shall however in true SW style, encrypt the clue with a Puzzish deviousness.

In theory this means I should have posted on the 23rd of June, but Happyhanna received her Isis 1C on the 12th of May, this made me think that it would only be fair to start the two months again. Since Hanna has now opened her Isis 1C and it is over two months I take it that some of you might be interested in clue.

Originally I toiled over a clue that would not be a spoiler as such, but like with Puzz's riddles, once you see where he is coming from, there is some sort of theory at the bottom of his jargon.
But I now think that I would like to do two things before I post a clue,
1) Get some feedback from the remaining eight 1C owners as to whether they would like a clue.
2) Depending on the answer above, converse with Happyhanna to formulate a decent clue. I did have one idea, Mrs. Steve looked at it and promptly accused me of being too Puzzish.

I personally would not like a clue, I like the fact that my Isis 1c is taking longer to open. It's better value for money. Because once it is open there not much you can do with it....

So if some do want a clue I think they should PM you direct and that it should not be posted here..

Oooh, let me know what you're going to say :)

After talking to others with 1Cs it seems that they are already on the right track... at least for the first half...

Lodgecrest & bluesign2k
I fully understand, I think that we should put the idea on hold for a little while longer at least.
It would be good to hear from the remaining six, just out of curiosity.
Happyhannah,
I shall P.M. you my idea if you want, just to see what you make of it.

At this time I have no interest in any clues. I'm enjoying the fact that I haven't figured it out yet. I'm enjoying the challenge :)

Although my 1C is driving me crazy, I personally wouldn't like a clue.

I opened my first ISIS without any additional clues, and I was so ecstatic when I finally opened it :D I think having help to open the 1C would put a dampener on the whole opening experience.

Karen :)

Ok, I am inclined to agree with the majority so far. I opened mine without any clues, so it is only fair that you guys do the same.
There is an enormous feeling of satisfaction when you do open it, I am sure that Happyhanna will agree with me.
So Dan, at the moment anyway, I am sorry but there will be no extra clues, the people have spoken.

Yet again, I have been absent for some time. :(

Very belated congrats to Karen on the arrival of Adam. :D I hope all is going well.

Also, congrats to Hannah for being the second person to solve this monster. Spurred on by your success I thought I would seek a little reassurance with a small issue I have with my 1C.

I will try not to be too explicit considering the nature of this group. (Not that I know anything worth revealing :) )

One of the first things that I noticed about my 1C was that the plunger did not depress as far as my original Isis and a lot of my original thinking took this into consideration. Then one day I attacked the plunger with a little more gusto than usual and there was a click and the plunger dropped a couple of mm and stuck there!! A little gentle persuading and the plunger was coaxed back up. However, the plunger would now always go to the new depth, (with a little resistance at the "click-point") and would regularly get stuck. Sometimes, worringly so. I imagine this is the plunger catching on the "lid" and, as a consequence, that I had spent months not knowing whether I had reached the halfway stage, or not. Now, today, I find the plunger has decided to revert to it's original behaviour and does not wish to depress those final couple of mm! :?

Is there something wrong with my Isis or am I missing the significance? I am also surprised that the 1C has not developed any of the "slackness" that my original had developed after this amount of abuse.

Any ideas or reassurance would be gratefully received. I'm reasonably sure that these thoughts are the usual frustration fuelled paranoia, but, a little confirmation cannot hurt. :)

How is everyone else getting on? Has anyone else gone mad or is everyone focusing on the imminent Ramisis?

Hi Darwin,

If it helps mine has always seemed a little slack and remains firmly closed. Good Luck.
