Right, I am going. It'll take 20 mins to get there and I'll wait an hour for the boat. If it don't come I am going home. I'll ride to Greenwich and get off whether I am in luck or not. Here I go on my quest.

My Little Isis Quest

Postby knotron » Mon May 12, 2008 8:34 pm

So I finished work at a little past 5.30pm and headed off to Embankment. Now i work in Victoria and could of taken the tube. However, as it was such a nice day I decided to walk and take in a couple of the sights. I walked down Buckingham Palace Road, went passed Buckinham Palace. Then a nice gentle stroll down The Mall to Traflagar Sq. Then down Northumberland Road to the Thames to have a quick look at The London Eye. I turned left onto Emabnkment and had a look to see when the next boat was due. 19 minutes the board said. Therefore i thought I have time to top up my Oyster Card and buy a bottle of Pop. For those who don't know an Oyster card is what you use as a ticket for all the Public transport in London.

Credit where credit is due, that was good of you to leave the coin in place for others to find. Well done.

You have shown true aventurer spirit. I think that we need more people like you in this world. I hope you left a note for the finder
