Anyone want an ISIS 1B?

Postby glewra » Tue Feb 05, 2008 2:28 pm

Having solved my ISIS 1B some time ago it's been sat on a shelf gathering dust, next to my standard ISIS (although for some strange reason I still come back to the original ISIS. I guess that's because that can be opened fairly quickly, whereas the 1B takes a long time, even when you know how to open it!).

I know there are probably people on this forum who'd like a crack at a 1B, but I don't think SW still make/sell them, and am toying with the idea of selling mine.

Would anyone be interested?

I'm not sure how many of these exist - I know KarenG has one, and one other person. Also whoever wins the NK competition will get one. Not sure how many others there are.

Depending on the level of interest (and the amount of cash on offer :D) I may either stick it on e-bay, sell direct, or leave it to gather some more dust!

It's a shame you're considering selling your 1B, but I guess if you not getting the use out of it.... could put the cash towards your Isis II fund.lol

I know what you mean about playing with your easier Isis more than the 1B too, but sometimes I play with my 1C just because I know it's fairly unlikely that I'll open it first time :P

I think your right, I can't see SW making any more 1Bs, and I think there's 5 in total if I remember rightly :)

I would love one, but it all really depends on how much it would be going for.

I'd be up for buying it. If the price is right :D .

How much would you be prepared to let it go for?

So how much did you flog it for? I definitely would have outbid them, if only to be competitive!

Hey everybody!

Just to let you know...I am contemplating parting with my isis 1A. There were only 12 made, and the prize is still up for grabs. The isis has been opened, but is in A1 condition and can be reset prior to sending it to you if required.

I do love it, but am willing to part with it if a somebody would like to make a sensible offer. If no-one wants it, i am perfectly happy to hold on to it and leave it gather more dust, but I am just looking for some easy cash really!

A picture of my 1A can be found here (and yes, this photo is actually my isis):
